The Friends of the Library will present the Linda Ogle Russ Memorial Writing Contest Awards before the keynote speakers for the Spring Literary Arts Festival ("North and South: A House Divided") on Saturday, April 6 at 12:30 p.m. in the library's meeting room. A reception will be held in honor of the award recipients.
